Parts Shipping Policy
Parts Depot and its suppliers will generally attempt to ship orders on the next business day after the order is received and payment in full is processed. Shipping is always contingent on the part being readily available and in stock. If only a portion of the order is in stock and available to ship separately, Parts Depot will hold the order until all items in the order can ship at one time. Parts Depot will split a shipment if requested by the Customer and a separate shipping charge may apply for splitting an order.
Shipping times are an estimate based on the information provided by purchaser and estimated by the contracted shipping company. There are no guarantees on delivery times. Parts Depot will provide to the purchaser tracking number(s) where applicable.
All items identified as “Available to Order” will have to ship from the Factory to our Fulfillment Center. This typically adds a min of 20 days to the delivery cycle. All items noted as “Available to Order” must be paid in full at the time of the Order and are considered a “Special Order”. Special Order items may not returnable depending on the item and supplier.
Our flat rate shipping cost is available to USPS registered Business and Residential addresses in the continental United States only. All oversize shipping items are subject to an oversize shipping plus the flat rate. We will notify you prior to shipping any oversize item for your approval of the oversize rate if it applies to any item in your order.
Any item that is returned as a Core, thru an RMA or Warranty return must be returned in the same box the item was shipped in. The item returned must be in satisfactory, usable/marketable condition in the sole opinion of the Factory. If a credit applies to the returned item(s) shipping charges are at the sole expense of the Buyer.
If an item in your order has a Core charge, you will be notified of the charge. Core charges must be paid in full at the time of the Order.
Some items in our product lines are considered “Oversized” by our shipping carriers. If your order contains items that are Oversized, we will notify you together with an actual cost based on where the item(s) are shipping to.
Parts Depot Core Charge Policy
Some items in our inventory include a refundable Core Charge. The Core Charge is not included in the item price shown in our store. If the Core Charge is not billed and paid at check out, a separate invoice for the core charge will be sent to you and must be paid prior to shipping. Upon receiving your order, please contact us to initiate the core return process. The Core must be returned to us within 180 days of the original order. Cores returned after the 180 days window will not be refunded. To receive a Core refund, all Core returns must be sent back to us in the original packaging and an RMA number issued in advance of the return. If in the sole opinion of the Factory, the returned Core is destroyed and is usable to repair/rebuild the Core Charge is not refundable. Shipping charges for returning a core are not included in the cost and are the responsibility of the Customer.
Parts Depot Return Policy
All returned items must be accompanied with an RMA form and be in “Resalable Condition” (not used/installed and in original packaging required).
Items may be returned within 30 days from invoice date for full credit; any returns between 31-45 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee is $15.00). Returns beyond the 30 days window may not always be returnable. Any returns requested outside of the 30 days window are at the sole discretion of our manufacturer’s representative. No returns are available after 45 days.
If you wish to return any item, please contact us to request an RMA. All electrical parts are non-returnable. All Core Returns have 6 months from invoice for full credit. Special order items may not be returnable. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable and consumer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returned items and cores.

Please do not send appliance parts to our Business Office, our RMA will indicate specifically where to mail the item(s) being returned.
