Parts Shipping Policy

Parts Depot and its suppliers will generally attempt to ship orders on the next business day after the order is received and payment in full is processed. Shipping is always contingent on the part being readily available and in stock. If a portion of the order is in stock and available to ship separately, Parts Depot will ship the items that are in stock and contact the purchaser with feedback on availability of the part(s) that are not in stock. A credit will be promptly issued for any items ordered that are not in stock and the purchaser does not wish to back order.

Any item offered as “Available to Order” means that Parts Depot believes this item is available thru its Supply Chain Network and is considered a “Special Order”. “Available to Order” is not a guarantee but is offered on a best-efforts basis and subject to availability. Parts Depot does not control how quickly any item that is Ordered actually ships. Parts Depot will do its best to keep our Customers informed with target shipping dates from its suppliers. Periodic updates to target ship dates change frequently and are not guarantees. In the event a Customer may elect to cancel a “Special Order” item(s) the Order may be subject to restocking fees or denial of cancelation depending on the specific item, supplier and date of requested Cancelation. All “Available to Order” items must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. If for any reason any purchased/ordered item cannot be fulfilled (other than Customer Cancelation) it is Parts Depot’s policy to promptly refund the full purchase price of that item(s).

Once an item ships Parts Depot will provide to the purchaser tracking number(s) where applicable.

Our flat rate shipping cost is available to USPS registered business & residential addresses only. All oversize shipping items are subject to an oversize shipping charge of $75.00 plus the flat rate to Business or Residential address. We will notify you prior to shipping any oversize item for your approval of the oversize rate if it applies to any item in your order.

Parts Depot Return Policy

All returned items must be accompanied with a RMA form and be in “Resalable Condition” (not used/installed and in original packaging required).

Items may be returned within 30 days from invoice date for full credit; any returns between 31-45 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (minimum restocking fee is $15.00). No Credit will be given after 45 days. All electrical parts are non-returnable. All Core Returns have 6 months from invoice for full credit. Special order items may not be returnable.

Shipping Costs are nonrefundable and consumer will be responsible for the cost of their own returns.

Please contact Customer Service Department at or 833-PartDepo to obtain a RMA form. We will provide you with the correct mailing address specific to your return.
